Office To Let is the online presentation of Wingbury Courtyard Business Village.
When faced with a downturn in farming over 20 years ago James & Jennie Henderson decided to convert all of the farm buildings, both traditional and modern into top class offices.
This has now been achieved, the result is a community of over 120 people working for 27 companies out of 25 offices. With the advent of Broadband and good phone communications, the advantages of working in large towns and cities has been lost.
Why not come to work with the traffic going the other way, experience a quiet environment in the countryside with ample parking and all the facilities.
Onsite Resources:
Food is delivered outside your office door or we have in our villages 4 public house's less than 5 minutes drive from our business centre.
Have your Offices cleaned or even your car cleaned on-site. We even have a 16:30 postal pick-up. Come and visit our business village or go to our current commercial office to let page.
